Backstory
Shelly’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2000, and over time, her work evolved into a diverse portfolio of services. In 2017, she formalized her efforts by launching Land Enterprises, a small but certified business resources company built on trust, experience, empowerment and purpose.
Can I Get An Encore
Encore’s name comes from a love of music and a particular song by one of Land’s favorite artists — Jay-Z’s ‘Encore.’ However, E.N.C.O.R.E. stands for Empowering Navigation through Curated Opportunities, Resources & Experiences.
The shirt she wears is an homage to Shell’z Cellz — Shelly’s first venture, and the name people knew her by before other ventures existed. It’s where this all started.
